We have been customers of NPI for three months now. We were unsatisfied with our previous service provider, as it was not an Ireland-based company, and the level of support (particularly out-of-hours) was disappointing and ineffective. As most of our trading takes place out-of-hours, this was a key factor in deciding to look for a new supplier.On the basis of a recommendation, we contacted NPI and entered into discussions. We were impressed with the way they listened to the issues we were dealing with, and immediately proposed solutions to them.We took the leap of faith, and signed the (substantial!) paperwork...We have not been disappointed. They have been endlessly patient as we went through the process of familiarising ourselves with the new system. Service support is faultless: days, nights, weekends, bank holidays - there is always someone there at the end of the phone, which is as surprising as it is refreshing, in these days.Special mention here to Filip Bunea, our account manager, and Kevin Pichinte, technical support wizard - no request too bizarre, outlandish or seemingly impossible.To summarise: we are delighted with the service provided by NPI and their level of support. We would give them the highest recommendation and look forward to a long and mutually beneficial business relationship with them. (And no, they did NOT write this review: happy to discuss further with any interested parties...!!)

I just changed over to NPI from Sumup and I find both the service and pricing excellent. The software does exactly what I need and the terminal looks far more professional than Sumup. I was holding off changing suppliers because I need to have a menu on the terminal and NPI could offer it to me! Very professional service from start to finish, would definitely recommend.
